My Mission

My goal is to make everyone feel welcome in the world of fitness regardless of experience level or physical ability.

I welcome clients of varying abilities - from exercise enthusiasts to those who don’t know where to start. I have experience working with individuals of varying mobility levels and believe everyone, of all abilities, shapes, and sizes should feel comfortable

Working Out Without the Stress

Exercise can be daunting for some people, and I am looking to help those individuals incorporate fitness into their daily routines without adding stress.

Fitness is more than just going to the gym or attending a workout class. Walking, stretching, dancing, roller-skating, and even video games like Just Dance or Nintendo Sports are some example alternatives to moving your body. Everyone is built different and I will customize your fitness plan to your abilities and preferences.

Mental Health and Nutrition

I am passionate about nutrition and know how beneficial understanding your food more can be on your fitness journey.

I have my Masters in Nutrition and will be applying to PhD programs in Clinical Psychology. While I don’t believe in weigh-ins or calorie counting, I can introduce you to free apps that help you better understand your nutrition as well as a wonderful Registered Dietician for those who are interested:

Making Exercise Accessible

I design individualized workouts depending on your needs and abilities, and the space and equipment you have available. 

Everyone is different, with varying physical abilities and personal preferences. We can train wherever is most comfortable for you - whether that’s at your gym, in your home, or at a public park.
